School LPN
- $35/hr | Summer Assignment | 1:1 Care | Ludlow, MA Bilingual Therapies
- Director of Educational Resources Ludlow, MA 01056 We’re hiring two experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a summer school assignment supporting students in the Compass program for autism and related disabilities.
These are 1:1 nursing roles providing skilled care in a school setting, with one position requiring transportation support to and from school.

Main shift: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM
- 1:45 PM One LPN will ride the bus with a student (estimated 7:30 AM
- 2:15 PM, exact time TBD)
Pay Rate :
$35/hr Hours per
Week :
27.5-32.5 depending on the role

Compass Program
- Autism and related disabilities
Student Needs:
1:1 assignments (one LPN per student) G-tube feeding and water boluses required Seizure disorder monitoring Students are nonverbal, non-ambulatory, and require close skilled care Onsite medical support and collaboration with school team
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Massachusetts (non-negotiable) Experience with seizure disorders and G-tube care Comfortable working with nonverbal and medically fragile students Willingness to ride the bus with student (for one of the roles) Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
