We proudly serve a diverse community of over55,000 patients at four locations throughout the Pioneer Valley. ValleyMedical Group is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join ourFamily Practice team and work in our Northampton Health Center. If youare looking for a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity! 32hours, Monday-Friday between 7:30am and 6:00pm, with at least one 6pmshift every week. Weekend rotation consisting of a 4-hour shift everyother week. Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact scheduleto be discussed at time of interview. As an LPN, you will be responsiblefor providing nursing care to patients and families using clinicalskills and procedures within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act. LPNswork in a collaborative environment in a team setting and support theneeds of the organization by filling in where necessary.
JobResponsibilities:
Manage portal messages, phone calls, and patientcases. Follow nursing triage guidelines. Prepare patients for the officevisit, including administering vaccines.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Massachusetts LPNLicense Current CPR certification
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
