Seizure disorder Cortical visual impairment (CVI) Cerebral palsy Cognitive and communication delays Respiratory and digestive issues: laryngomalacia, reactive airway dysfunction, dysphagia, GERD, and sleep apnea Wheelchair user some lifting may be involved
Requirements:
Active LPN license in MA School-based experience (required) Must be comfortable with medical fragility and lifting CORI and fingerprint clearance (or letter of suitability from prior MA school employer) Zoom interview required
