This position offers a meaningful opportunity to provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients and their families during a sensitive and deeply personal stage of life. As an LPN in hospice care, your role is vital to ensuring comfort, dignity, and peace for every patient.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, empathetic nursing care to hospice patients Monitor and document changes in patient condition; report to supervising RN or physician Educate and support patients and their loved ones throughout the care journey Maintain clear communication with team members, caregivers, and medical staff Accurately manage patient records, care plans, and documentation

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program Current LPN license (Massachusetts) At least 1 year of LPN experience
