Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – SUD Treatment
Location:
Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)
Schedule:
Part-Time or PRN (Flexible hours; may include evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Pay Rate:
$32-$35 per hour (based on experience)

ition Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on a part-time or PRN basis. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to adults in treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring quality medical support and a safe, therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Complete initial nursing assessments for new clients
Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic response
Implement detox protocols and perform
COWS/CIWA
assessments as needed
Provide client education on medications and health-related topics
Support medical providers during evaluations and medication management sessions
Ensure timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Maintain medical equipment and uphold confidentiality and ethical care standards
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support client wellness
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Licensure:
Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
Certifications:
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid required
Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health, detox protocols, or SUD treatment setting
