At Nephrology Associates, we’ve been proudly serving the greater Kansas City area since 1979, providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with chronic kidney disease and other kidney-related conditions. Over the years, we’ve grown into a close-knit team of 12 dedicated Nephrologists, 8 skilled Nurse Practitioners, and a caring staff all focused on supporting our patients’ health. With 8 office locations, partnerships with 8 hospitals, and connections to numerous outpatient dialysis centers, we’re here to provide comprehensive care, wherever our patients need us. We’re looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference in the lives of those dealing with kidney disease. If you have strong communication skills, a heart for helping others, and at least one year of experience, we would love to welcome you to our team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on care and support during patient visits, including rooming and patient education. Be a compassionate point of contact, answering patient calls and addressing their needs. Relay vital information to our providers, ensuring smooth communication. Follow through on orders, keeping our patients’ care plans on track. Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms for patient comfort. Help gather important records from hospitals and other care providers. Assist in scheduling patient visits and working closely with our care team. Take on additional tasks as needed to keep our clinic running smoothly.
