Mercy South Hyland Behavioral Health 10018 Kennerly Road St. Louis, MO 63128 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Opportunities Full-time:
36 hours per week
Night Shift:
7:00pm-7:30am Sign-On Bonus Eligible $2,000
- No Contract!

About Behavioral Health:
Mercy Behavioral Health Services provides a structured and therapeutic environment to individuals suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders and chemical dependency. Here at Mercy our dedicated multi-disciplinary team promotes a structured therapeutic program to help those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy and relapse prevention.
Qualifications:
Licensure:
Personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the state of Missouri and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
Physical Requirements/Demands:
Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
NOTE:
One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization

(Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules
- Other unit-specific certifications as required
