Are you a nurse ready to leave behind the constant hustle of clinical settings? 1st Americare is looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide focused, daytime care to an adult client in Fair Lawn, NJ. This role offers a calm, supportive environment where you can truly make a difference—without the pressure of multiple patients or rotating shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Follow an individualized care plan designed for one adult client Support morning routines, mobility, and hygiene needs Monitor health status and administer medications Observe and document any changes in condition Maintain clear communication with the family and care team

What You Bring:

A valid New Jersey RN or LPN license Dependability and professionalism in a one-on-one setting Excellent observation, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently with confidence and care Experience in adult or home health is helpful, but not required Why You’ll Love Working with
