Real Impact. 1st Americare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight care to a single client in Milltown, NJ. What You’ll Do:

Provide care according to a detailed overnight care plan Monitor vital signs and administer medications Assist with turning, hygiene, and positioning during the night Manage clinical devices, including trach, G-tube, and ventilator Record health updates and observations Maintain clear communication with the family and care team Ensure a peaceful, safe, and restful environment for the client

What You Bring:

Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey Experience with complex medical needs is helpful (training provided) Confidence in working independently and overnight Reliability, attentiveness, and a compassionate approach Consistent availability for scheduled weekend shifts Why 1st
