1st Americare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate evening care for an adult client in Wayne, NJ . With consistent weekday hours and a peaceful home setting, this role offers the chance to focus on delivering quality care—without distractions.

What You’ll Do:

Follow a detailed care plan tailored to the client’s needs Help with evening care routines such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort Administer medications and monitor vital signs Observe and report changes in the client’s condition Maintain accurate clinical notes and communicate with the care team and family

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey Previous home care or adult care experience is helpful (training available) Strong clinical knowledge and excellent judgment Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently Available to work all scheduled weekday evening shifts Why You’ll Love Working with 1st
