Pediatric Home Health LPN or RN

• Overnight 8hr shift 1st Ameristaff Prospect Park, NJ 07508 1st Americare is seeking an LPN of RN to work with our pediatric client in Prospect Park, NJ as a home health nurse.

Schedule:

Monday and Friday 11pm to 7am

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN or LPN in a home health setting
• Experience with trach, vent, and gtube
• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
• Experience working with children in a healthcare setting.
