Role Involves:

Providing care in accordance with an established care plan Supporting morning activities such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility Monitoring health status and administering prescribed medications Accurately documenting observations and care provided Communicating with the client’s family and healthcare team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey Experience in home health or adult care is a plus (training provided) A dependable, detail-oriented nurse who can work independently Compassionate, respectful, and confident in one-on-one settings Fully available to work both weekend shifts
