What You Will Be Doing:
Provide top-notch care and compassion to residents. Complete documentation, assessments, and progress notes. Transcribe and implement physician orders. Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team. Uphold patient confidentiality and complete required training.
What You Will Need:
Active NY PN License for 6+ months. 6+ months of LPN experience or more required. Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Rehab. BLS/CPR certification.
