What You’ll Do:
+ Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed + Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the care team + Build meaningful relationships with residents and families + Be an essential part of a close-knit, compassionate care team
What You’ll Need:
+ Current LPN license in New York State + A heart for helping others + Strong communication and teamwork skills + A commitment to providing compassionate, quality care Full-Time LPN Positions are eligible for a
