This position plays a vital role in providing essential medical care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

Contract Qualifications:
Active LPN license (in good standing) At least 1 year of LPN experience BLS Certification from the American Heart Association Ability to pass a strict background check Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications, including oral, topical, and intramuscular injections, as prescribed Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to RNs or medical providers Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and basic medical treatments Support patient mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Conduct health screenings and collect patient medical history Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as necessary Ensure proper infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and mental health providers to coordinate patient care Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records Ensure compliance with CDCR policies, state regulations, and facility protocols Why Join Ro Health?
