Rotating Schedule:

2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on

Pay:

$26.00/hour + $0.75/hour

Night Shift Differential Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and document medications, treatments, and monitoring tasks as ordered Oversee Nursing Assistants and ensure proper execution of care plans Accurately transcribe physician orders and maintain EMR using PCC (Physician’s Computer Company) Update resident care plans to reflect current condition and interventions Collect and document laboratory specimens Assist with physician rounds and respond to changes in residents’ conditions Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and safety standards Conduct team reports, performance evaluations, and care plan conferences Maintain clean, organized work environments and equipment Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:

Current LPN License in Pennsylvania (or temporary work permit at time of interview) BLS Certification (American Heart Association)•Required Experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred New Graduates Welcome! Knowledge of nursing theory, infection control, medical asepsis, and care planning
