Job Description:
A reputable skilled nursing facility in Meadowbrook, PA is seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their per diem pool. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexible summer shifts with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania Current BLS certification preferred Minimum 6 months of relevant nursing experience (SNF or LTC setting) Strong clinical and communication skills Must be dependable and punctual
