Must be able to travel with clinical team to each location Cape Coral ( Mon-Tue) and Fort Myers( Wed-Th) Bonita (Fri) . Bi-lingual ( ENG/SPA) . Must be able to start work early. • Team Oriented Summary In the role of Medical Assistant, you will be integral to providing exceptional patient care and administrative support within a urology setting.

Reporting to the lead physician, you will utilize your core skills in medical terminology, patient service, and EHR systems to enhance the patient experience. Your bilingual abilities will facilitate effective communication with diverse patient populations. With premium expertise in dermatology and urgent care, along with relevant experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, you will contribute to a high standard of care in a collaborative healthcare environment. Responsibilities Provide medical administrative support in a urology setting, ensuring efficient patient intake and management. Utilize EHR systems to maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist in patient care by measuring vital signs and performing basic life support as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures to enhance patient interactions.
