Key Responsibilities:

Medical Documentation & Medication Support:

Enter and maintain medication sheets in our EMR system (Cerbo) Assist providers with medication refills and prescription management

Patient Care & Clinical Support:

Obtain and record vital signs, patient histories, and essential medical data Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments Provide compassionate, patient-focused care to ensure a five-star experience

Clinical Organization & Inventory Management:

Stock and organize exam rooms to maintain a seamless workflow Ensure clinical areas are clean, well-stocked, and properly equipped Work closely with providers and staff to enhance patient flow and efficiency

Team Collaboration & Administrative Support:

Work within the Cerbo EMR system for documentation and patient records Jump in to support front desk staff, clinical team members, and administrative tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Medical Assisting experience required (CMA, RMA preferred but not required) Experience with medication entry, refills, and EMR systems (Cerbo preferred) A positive attitude and a passion for customer service and patient care Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting A team player who is eager to contribute and bring their best every day Why Join Us?
