The ideal candidate will be a reliable, conscientious team player with the ability to multi-task.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conducts pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating patient charts with recent test results and correspondence.
• Verify and update the patient’s health history, medications, and allergies in the medical record.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment by escorting them from the waiting area to the exam room.
• Maintain stock of medical and office supplies.
• Cleans and maintains exam rooms and equipment.
• Utilizes all aspects of electronic medical records. Documents accurately and timely all patient interactions.
• Practice safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
