We are seeking a friendly, motivated Medical Assistant to join our busy 5 physician practice. Here at Barrington Park Dermatological Associates we believe in team work and going the extra mile. Job resistibility’s include but are not limited to: Room patients and verify and update accurate demographics and medical history. Clean/disinfect exam rooms between patients. Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked throughout the day. Assist providers and nursing staff. Referrals and scheduling for surgical and non-surgical appointments. Assist with all duties in the lab. Answer phones on a multi phone line. Miscellaneous duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

Current Medical Assistant certification is a must. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required. Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Compassionate for others. Team player with a positive attitude.
