Full Job Description Summary:
Busy, fast paced office. Currently accepting resumes for a full-time Medical Assistant. Position to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to; provide initial triage, obtain patient histories, assist with procedures, educate and advise patients on specified medical issues, schedule and monitor patient appointments, patient registration Knowledge, skills and abilities: medical terminology, anatomy, ability to maintain quality, safety and/or infection control standards, a desire to improve skill through on site instruction . Must be highly organized, with the ability to multitask. Graphical Medent experience preferred. Candidate must be a professional, motivated individual who is willing to work hard, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the desire to learn. Must be able to retain a large amount of information in a short amount of time, be able to stand/walk for multiple hours at a time. Must be able to work during the following hours: Monday through Friday 8;30 to 5:30 with rotating Saturday morning hours 8:30 to 12 pm. Must be able to stay later or come in earlier if needed.
