We are looking for individuals:
Who are motivated and outgoing Who have exceptional communication skills Who are focused on the patient Who have a positive attitude Who are willing and able to learn Responsibilities include: Greet patients and escort them to the examination rooms. Assist patients as needed with discharge documents. Front desk responsibilities to include answering phones, scheduling patients and registration of patients. Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility and prior authorizations for medications, testing and procedures. Perform clerical work as needed within a Medical Records System. Data collection for research initiatives Maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies
