Flexible on start and stop times – 8 hrs/day expectation (mirror supervisor hours during training)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Working within
Epic:
You’ll be using the Epic system for all coding tasks.
Coding Focus:
Your primary focus will be on coding for inpatients hospitalist services provided by internal medicine providers, specifically looking at Evaluation and Management (E&M) codes.
High Volume:
Expect to handle a high volume of coding, approximately 12-15 cases per hour.
Task Split:
Your day will be divided between coding procedures and less invasive tasks.
