Position Overview The Office Manager will be a trusted contributor of the People & Culture team. Within the team, the Office Manager will be responsible for all tasks relating to administrative duties, such as tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary, maintaining and organizing common office areas and overseeing clerical tasks. This role will be responsible for owning the entire efficiency, comfort, and ambiance of the HQ work environment. This includes maintenance, mailing, ordering supplies, and running errands. Specific Responsibilities Organizing, ordering and stocking office supplies Maintaining supply inventory Maintaining office equipment as needed Cleaning the workspaces and the kitchen to promote a tidy environment Stock on-site kitchens and pick up weekly office meals Report office repairs and coordinate equipment replacements Complete on-boarding and off-boarding procedures Send birthday memos Host company celebrations Send welcome gifts to hospitals and new hires Other projects and duties as assigned by leadership team Qualifications & Experience Ability to carry out all tasks with a very high attention to detail Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook Good communication skills Strong organizational skills Team player Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds Ability to bend and reach above shoulder level Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time
