Optum Multi-Speciality has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient focused and detailed oriented Office Supervisor to join our team. The Office Supervisor is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals.

Scheduled:
A 37.5-hour work week Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00pm. Shift to be determined by the hiring manager upon hire.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greets patients, family members and guests with a friendly smile Assists patients with signing in and completing registration Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching Monitoring workflow Training new hires Creating and managing team schedules
