8:00 AM•6:00

PM Compensation:
$25•$30 per hour (based on experience)
Bonus System:
Performance-based bonus structure
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and submit dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any insurance discrepancies Collect and post payments, manage patient accounts, and handle billing inquiries Provide outstanding customer service to patients in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of dental front office insurance experience required Proficiency with insurance verification, claims submission, and collections Experience with Open Dental software highly preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and a team player If you meet the qualifications and are ready to join a supportive and energetic team, we encourage you to apply!
