Medical Receptionist Float Rockledge/Palm Bay Coastal Mental Health Center Palm Bay, FL 32905 Coastal Mental Health is a dedicated team providing compassionate care to individuals. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team and support our mission in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Must be willing to travel between our Palm Bay and Rockledge locations. Key Responsibilities . Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring all patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Respond to patient inquiries. Coordinate patient appointments, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient patient flow. Assist with administrative tasks. Vital Signs

Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (RMA) certification from an accredited program. Preferred Current CPR certification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse populations. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
