Dental Patient Coordinator Fitzsimons & Hagan Dentistry 58-29 69th Lane, Maspeth, NY 11378 Dental Treatment Coordinator Private, Fee-for-Service Dental Practice•[Your City, State] $24•30/hour + Monthly Bonuses | Full-Time | 3 Weeks PTO | No Weekends We’re hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our high-end, patient-focused dental team! If you’re professional, detail-oriented, and love helping patients feel confident in their care, we want to hear from you. Our practice is private, out-of-network (fee-for-service), and known for our cutting-edge technology and exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Present and review dental treatment plans with patients Discuss payment options and out-of-network insurance coverage Submit insurance claims and appeals; attach documentation and track payments Post insurance EOBs and manage patient balances and statements Follow up on unscheduled treatment Assist with front desk responsibilities such as answering phones and greeting patients
Requirements:
Prior dental office experience preferred OR strong background in customer service and willingness to learn Professional, respectful demeanor with excellent communication skills Comfortable with technology; experience with Dentrix and NexHealth is a plus Ability to learn and grow within the role over time
Hours:
Monday & Tuesday:
7:45 AM•5:30
PM Wednesday & Thursday:
7:45 AM•4:00 PM Optional Friday mornings
Compensation & Benefits:
$24•30 per hour , based on experience Monthly bonuses up to $1,000 3 weeks paid time off , plus holidays Uniforms provided Positive, team-oriented work environment in a modern, state-of-the-art office
