Front Desk:
Full-time 11 hour shifts Two locations (James Island & North Charleston) Monday
- Friday 7:45am
- 7:00pm & Saturday 7:45am
- 5:00pm at James Island Monday
- Friday 7:45am
- 7:00pm & Saturday 7:45am
- 2:00pm at North Charleston Location At least two Saturdays per month Duties include: Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
Check patients in to include verifying insurance and collecting payments. Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information. Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision. Complete accurate documentation of patient phone calls.
