The successful candidate for this position will greet incoming patients in a positive and friendly manner, process payments and verify insurance information in a timely manner, and direct patients to their respective destinations. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills and a sincere interest in helping people.

Responsibilities:

Answer patient calls in a professional and courteous manner. Efficiently answer calls from patients and relay messages to other staff as necessary. Answer patient questions about the organization, wait times, and other concerns. Be able to quickly and efficiently prioritize calls according to the needs of the clinical staff. Assist patients in acquiring an appointment in a timely manner according to their availability. Organize and maintain wait lists. Check insurances Check In and Check Out patients Assist with cleaning the lobby and keeping the work area organized Assist with medical records, scanning and faxes
