JOB SUMMARY

The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Administer medications accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate and timely records Provide quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, transferring/mobility, and feeding. Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families. Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. REQUIREMENTS
