Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Bright Start Possibility Hillsborough County, FL Bright Start Possibility (BSP) is a BCaBA and family-owned practice. Job Responsibilities Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
Individualized Treatment Plans:
Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the treatment plans.
Implementation and Supervision:
Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions by RBTs, or other staff, providing ongoing supervision and guidance. •
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on client progress to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as necessary. •
Family Collaboration:
Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them about ABA strategies and involve them in the treatment process. •
Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. •
Individualized Treatment Plans:
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and client goals. •
Implementation and Supervision:
Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or other staff, providing ongoing supervision and guidance. •
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on client progress to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as necessary. •
Family Collaboration:
Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them about ABA strategies and involve them in the treatment process. •
Maintain Ethical Standards:
Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Requirements Must be a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Must be available for in-person services Completion of all training requirements Must have reliable transportation between client homes and schools. Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving Prior knowledge of developmental disorders and experience with children, teens, or young adults is preferred. Ability to pass a background check.
The hiring process:
Our process starts with a phone interview with our HR coordinator. If selected, a follow-up interview will be scheduled with the clinical director. Depending on scheduling availability, the entire process from application to hire could take as little as one week.
