Weekly Pay Schedule Options:

(7am-3:30pm) (3pm-11:30pm) (11pm-7:30a) Position will be scheduled five (5) shifts per week, including every other weekend. Candidate must be able to work both first and secondary shift preferences. For immediate response contact Joselyn Mendez at 209-227-2966 call/text Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling and therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting a supportive environment for clients to share experiences and learn from one another. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health. Skills Proficiency in psychopharmacology to understand medication management and its impact on mental health. Experience or training in gender issues counseling to effectively address the diverse needs of clients. Familiarity with art therapy techniques as a creative approach to support emotional expression and healing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Empathy and active listening skills to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
