Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and document medication use Monitor client behavior and ensure safety on-site Conduct regular head counts and safety checks Support clients with daily tasks (bathing, grooming, etc.) Use approved behavior strategies to encourage positive habits Assist with visitor monitoring and document interactions Record daily activities, behavior changes, and other updates

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Working toward Behavioral Health Tech Certification or CAAP preferred 2+ years of experience in mental health or addiction settings preferred Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities Comfortable working with diverse individuals and flexible with hours
