Recovery Unplugged is a licensed drug and alcohol treatment center offering long-term substance abuse care, from detox to residential care, PHP, and IOP programs. The center integrates music therapy with evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes. Our Lake Worth location is a detox and residential 60 bed facility.

Position Overview:

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for overseeing and providing direct support to individuals undergoing treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The BHT serves as a key member of the treatment team, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care and maintaining the safety and well-being of individuals in the program. This position involves leading a team of Behavioral Health Technicians, facilitating treatment activities, and monitoring client progress.

Shift:

1st shift and 2nd shift flex

Key Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain rapport with clients with behavioral or emotional issues. Ensure clients follow house rules and complete intake and discharge procedures. Perform drug testing and document results in KIPU. Conduct Q15 safety checks on clients. Maintain cleanliness of facility property.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License Flexible schedule Knowledge of the 12-step program and addiction disease model

Preferred:

Experience with KIPU EMR
