We are seeking a Psychiatric Technician to join our team in our Bethlehem, PA location.
Position DetailsThe Psychiatric Technician will:administer medication and therapeutic treatments, monitor for potential side effects and reportprovide care in a manner that considers the patient’s rights, safety, comfort and the overall therapeutic environmentobserve, document and report resident behaviormonitor and document weights, blood pressure, pulse and respiration per MD orders and monthly for all residentscommunicate with co-workers and supervisors in a timely manner that affects patient care or well-beingfill in resident chartsassist in orientation and training of new staff members, understand, and implement Merakey policies and proceduresorder refills of medications,act as lead staff when the Administrator or Asst. Administrator is not available.complete all other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Earn $15.61 per hourOR$17.61 per hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Option.
