How often peds are done and are the peds TA, tubes or dental?
Pediatric cases 1 day per week. Patients 1yr of age, ASA 1-2. Ear tubes, TAs only.
How many deliveries a year?
CRNAs cover elective and emergent c-sections in the OR. No labor epidurals.
Bill Rates Needed to
Submit:
Malpractice
- Must be included in the rates.
Orientation
- Per hour of orientation or trainingHourly
- $300 rate cap
- Per hour up to 10 hours a day.
Overtime
- Per hour for any hour beyond 10 hours a day.
Corresponding holiday rates.
Conversion fee
