Job Description
A busy hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Glens Falls, NY. The schedule offers either 4×10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5×8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no call required. Anesthesiologists take first call, while two CRNAs are on backup call, though call participation is not mandatory. The EMR system used is Cerner. Case types include General, ENT, Ortho, Vascular, Cath Lab, Urology, OB/GYN, GI, Basic Pediatrics, and Regionals. The practice follows a Care Team Model with 6 ORs plus a urology room, staffed by 7 anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs.
