• 8-23 patientcare hours per week What you’ll be working on:
• Seeing patientswith a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute,chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treatingpatients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-healthvisits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via dailyhuddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization ofyour specific clinical training and opportunities to performin-office procedures One Medical providers also demonstrate:

• Clinical proficiency in evidence-basedprimary care

• The ability to confidently navigate uncertainsituations with both patients and colleagues
• Readiness to adaptpersonal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of ourpatients Education, licenses, and experiences required for thisrole:
• Completed an accredited NP program with a nationalcertification
• 103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, ableto practice autonomously without physician supervision
• In thepast 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
• 1 year in anoutpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 yearprimary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgent care setting
• Statelicensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date Benefits

One Medical iscommitted to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourlyrate for this role is $96.00. Final determination of starting paymay vary based on factors such as practice experience and patientcare schedule. Additional pay may be determined for thosecandidates that exceed these specified qualifications andrequirements. The total compensation package for this position mayalso include benefits.
