Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish) –

Field-based, making Primary Care House Calls, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and provide continuous care for older adults in their homes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care. Utilize your expertise in geriatrics and primary care to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients, Fluent Spanish is ideal.
Job Responsibilities:

Fluent Spanish is ideal.
Qualification/Experience:
Valid Georgia ARNP license. Reliable transportation and current state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Current DEA license.
