Clearview Health and Wellness Group is a mental health clinic located in Longmeadow, MA and is growing into the Boston Area. Our team, including experienced clinicians and an MD, is dedicated to providing patient-centered, high-quality mental health care.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This position is Hybrid, but the ability to be on site at our Longmeadow/ Boston Offices is a requirement. As a PMHNP here you will be providing medication management services to a diverse population base and offering therapeutic support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage medications for mental health conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation. Provide prescription services and participate in case reviews as appropriate. Contribute to the Clinic’s Quality Assurance program for mental health services. Participate in case consultations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Current licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Massachusetts for 2 + years. Experience in psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medications, and conducting follow-up sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms Familiarity with G-Suite tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule:

Flexible hours (Part-time, or Contract). Day, evening, or weekend shifts available based on your schedule.

Expected commitment:

5-10 hours per week, with the potential to grow.

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience and productivity. Can be one of two models: Up to 50% of receivables; or $85/hour
