Rodgers Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Provider to join our expanding team! The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care to a diverse pediatric population in an outpatient setting. This role is vital in promoting the health and well-being of children and adolescents in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients from birth through adolescence Conduct well-child exams, acute and chronic care visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including behavioral health, dental, WIC, and CHWs Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards Provide patient and family education and support around health promotion and disease prevention Licensed MD/DO (Pediatrician or Family Medicine) or certified NP/PA with pediatric experience Active and unrestricted Missouri license Current DEA license and BLS certification Commitment to serving medically underserved populations Bilingual (Spanish or other language) preferred but not required
