Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Schedule:

Flexible, 2 days a week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM full day, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM half day) Responsibilities and Duties Conduct initial patient assessments and onboarding. Perform minor chemical debridement and wound re-dressing as needed. Optional involvement in procedural care, though charting is required. Ensure thorough documentation of care provided. Collaborate in monthly protocol meetings.

Additional Information Required:

MO license and significant wound care experience, ideally in SNF facilities or retirement communities.

Preferred:

Certified in Wound Care or willing to undertake a two-day certification course.
