Summary:

We’re looking for a caring and skilled Pain Management Nurse to join our team. You’ll help patients who suffer from chronic pain by assessing their needs, creating care plans, and supporting them throughout their treatment.

What You’ll Do:

Assess patients’ pain and health conditions Create and manage personalized pain treatment plans Educate patients and families on pain relief and health practices Track progress and adjust care as needed Give medications and treatments safely Work closely with doctors and other team members Help manage medical equipment related to pain care Keep accurate patient records

What You’ll Need:

Background in acute care, medical-surgical nursing, or senior care is preferred Strong skills in patient care, data collection, and health coaching Bilingual in Spanish required for recent graduates Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to stay current with best practices
