The practice is robust with an established patient based. Essential Functions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively provide psychiatric care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral as required for children, adolescents,adults and geriatric clients Accurately monitor clients’ compliance with and reaction to psychotropic medications Regularly review and update medications in the electronic medical record Effectively provide general guidance with regard to overall mental health care delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Possesses a valid license in Rhode Island Possesses Rhode Island DEA license Maintain professional liability coverage with 1 million/3 million limits Satisfactory completion of a Master’s Degree with specialized training as a Nurse Practitioner. Maintain the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification in Family Psychiatry and Mental Health – N.P.
