• Assist RNs and LPNswith meeting the needs of residents
• ADLs- personal care, feeding,bathing, and dressing
• Actively participate in nursing reports byreceiving and contributing to status reports of residents
• Providecomplete and thorough personal care for residents
• Take andaccurately record vital signs
• Promptly and consistently respond toresident’s needs
• Promptly and consistently respond to needs offamily members
• Assist and accompany the residents as needed in theadmission, transfer and discharge process while assuring comfortand safety
