As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Able Mabel, your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing compassionate and individualized care to our senior clients. Each day, you will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring that each resident feels comfortable and supported. You will also engage in meaningful conversations and activities, helping to foster social connections. Documentation of care activities will be expected to maintain accurate records. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday split shift from 9 AM to 12PM then 4pm-7pm or 10am to 1pm then 5pm to 8pm , allowing you to develop strong relationships with those you care for while enjoying a consistent work routine.
