In this role, you will provide essential support to patients, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality patient care in their home. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Maintain accurate medical documentation regarding patient conditions and treatments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and needs. Helping out around the home with laundry, errands and other small household chores Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand patient needs effectively. Experience in pediatrics is a plus for those working with younger patients. Proficiency in medical documentation practices to maintain accurate health records. Excellent patient care skills to ensure the comfort and safety of individuals under your care. Familiarity with urgent care procedures is beneficial for fast-paced environments.
