Per Diem Job Description:
Provide direct patient care and coordination of homecare services.
Provide appropriate documentation as required.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency, successfulpletion of a Board of Nursing approved training program, and current listing with the division of Facility Services Registry.
One year of patient care and record keeping experience in an acute care or custodial setting.
Documented proof of at least 75 certified education hours.
Ability to independentlyanize work and provide effective health care services to homebound patients through appropriate patient care, and document said care thoroughly, accurately, andpletely on a timely basis.
Accept travel and working conditions as assigned.
Working knowledge of the principles of safe and appropriate personal care and practice ofpany policies and procedures, to include effectivemunication skills (oral and written) and CPR certification.
